Greater Taung Local Municipality hereby gives notice in terms of Chapter 5, Section 24 (1) of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No. 16 of 2013 (SPLUMA) read in conjunction with Section 21 of the Greater Taung Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Bylaw, 2016, that the draft Greater Taung Land Use Scheme, 2026 has been prepared and approved by Council for publication as per Council Resolution No. 205-2025/2026. The Draft Greater Taung Land Use Scheme, 2026 will replace the Greater Taung Land Use Scheme, 2016 once adopted by Council as Final.
